WHAT can be returned?
The products are consumable items and cannot be returned.
If products are damaged during shipping?
Contact our office, send photos and details. If appropriate, we can arrange to ship replacement product.
If products are lost during shipping, can we get them re-sent?
If we cannot track the progress of your shipment and nothing has arrived in reasonable time, then we will re-ship product. Please note that carriers have been experiencing significant delays since covid.
